Scope and fee are confirmed before work begins. Larger, more complex or atypical projects may require a custom proposal; direct expenses and consultant/permit fees are separate unless specifically stated.

All services are provided by McAllister Architecture & Design, a California licensed architect. Services are offered subject to written agreement, project location, and applicable scope of work.
